2010,The first English mail
XXX,Per Lexington measured result, the torque of springs
are also under the spec, and the springs were selected by random,so we can
think all the springs are under the spec.
The result will be cause a potential quality issue of 929 error, and
since 2009/9/27,the 929 error on 32K Cartridge always happened,all
these cartridges have no assembly problem,The change is only toner load are
heavier than before(more than 90 grams),so,We think the spring will be a
element cause 929 error.
Base on the result, the vender must be provide OK springs to Sirtec
immediately.and All product which are used with this
spring should be stop build, unless you provide an offspec about the
spring
What do you think about it?
Thanks!
XXX 虎年目标,英语mail发送达45%以上,这是新年第一封,希望高手帮忙看看语法,语句组织上的错误,谢谢 有点晕晕 我觉得还歪理顾得, 没文化。。。看的辛苦 只懂大概意思. Professional T-knowledge,except you own are aware of this, others doesn't full see. Well, if it's a business email, it just seems way too rude and unprofessional, especially if you are dealing with your business partner/supplier.
What your email lack of is a formal salutation, some formal greetings before body, a better written body regarding to the matter (which you did an okay job with, yet has a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes), and a 'best regards' or 'sincerely' at the end to make a more professional impression.
One more thing, do not ever end an email with a question, it's too aggressive or even offensive to some people, instead of asking 'What do you think about it?', tune it down politely as 'Please let us know what you think, looking forward to hear from you' etc.
If you need any help with proofreading in the future, I'm more than happy to give you a hand.
